Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why you can return your order for a refund anytime within 60 days of the original purchase date. It’s simple:

Contact us to request your prepaid label

• Returns from Alaska, Hawaii, and international do not qualify for free return shipping. 
• Only authorized products to be returned will be accepted/refunded
• Products must be free of damage unless previously discussed and authorized to be returned
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We will email you a link to generate a printable return label. 

• Package your item(s) in the original packaging and drop it off at your nearest UPS depot. 
• All returns must be in original packaging and free of damage or it will be subject to a restocking fee. Third Eye DMT Store does not provide replacement packaging. 
• Items ordered incorrectly or if the return policy is being abused, refunds will incur a restocking fee.
• Your refund will be issued within 10 business days upon receipt of the product.
